At ThermaBelts.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
